You've likely got enough information now.
You know about what to charge and how to plan an event. You know the big things to avoid and small things to keep in mind. You know how to market and describe your event, and who might be the best participant for it.
Now comes the part where most retreats die: Not doing the thing.
Retreat School is three months of implementation and accountability. We meet every week. You bring what's stuck, and we get it unstuck and on track.
I’ve run 16 retreats in 8 countries. I’ve made every mistake so you don’t have to.
By month three, your retreat will be priced, your page will be live, and you'll be taking deposits.
It will actually happen.
HOW IT WORKS
Weekly group calls. Every Wednesday at 5 PT. Hot seats, sharing, and getting your next step clear. Recorded if you miss one, with a holiday break Dec 23 and 30.
A group text. For questions, support, and accountability between calls. Ask me anything. Cheer each other on. Get feedback.
Guest sessions. A couple of my friends who've hosted a bunch of retreats come in for Q and A. Ask them whatever you want.
THE THREE MONTH PLAN
Month 1: Make it real. Your concept, your people, and your numbers. Price it so you don't end up with a $13 retreat like I did.
Month 2: Make it happen. Venue, itinerary, and your sales page. Where is it happening, and what will people be doing?
Month 3: Make it sell. Launch your offer, find your people, take deposits.
WHAT YOU GET
Weekly group Zoom calls (recorded)
Group text access for the full three months
Guest Q and A sessions with experienced retreat leaders
My itinerary planning spreadsheet
The liability waiver I use (for review, not legal advice, don’t sue me)
My pricing and profit spreadsheets
PRICE AND MY PROMISE
$3,000 USD, charged monthly via Stripe. If you prefer a 6-month payment plan, just ask.
And try it the first month. If it's not for you, you stop there. No questions asked, no love lost.
But it's more likely you'll be making progress, connecting with the people in the group, and wanting to keep going. That's what months two and three are for.
Founding cohort. Enrollment closes Nov 5.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:
You've got a retreat idea and you're ready to act on it
You want someone in your corner, and people beside you, while you build it
You'd rather launch in three months than think about it for three more years
COMMON QUESTIONS
What if I miss a call? They're recorded, and the group text is always open.
What if I don't have a big audience? Neither did I at the start. Finding your people is a core part of month three.
How much time does it take? Four calls a month, plus whatever time you put into your own retreat. Plan for 2-3 hours a week.
How do I leave after month one? Email me before your second payment. That's it.
When does it start? We begin Nov. 11. Founding cohort. Enrollment closes Nov. 5.
